To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange,

Because of the nature of jewelry and hygiene-related handling, certain items may be considered final sale. Any custom, personalized, clearance, or special-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
